There’s a moment that arrives in everyone’s life when you realise that the sidelines are no longer enough—that merely observing, waiting, and hoping for change feels as futile as shouting into the void. For our generation, that moment is now.
I’ll admit, for a long time, I believed the proverbial “table” was a far-off, distant place—reserved for those older, wiser, or more experienced. A place where decisions were made in hushed tones, under the shadow of legacy, with no room for youthful zeal. But life, as it often does, has a funny way of challenging our assumptions.

The truth? The table isn’t some exclusive utopia. It’s messy, cluttered with half-finished ideas, daunting questions, and the weight of responsibility. But what I’ve come to understand is this: the table doesn’t define us. We define it. And the moment we sit, unapologetically, we begin to shape the future in ways only we can.
Our generation is one that has grown up amidst global pandemics, digital revolutions, and societal upheavals. We’ve seen systems fail, promises falter, and tradition buckle under the weight of innovation. And through it all, we’ve learned to adapt, to question, and to dream with audacious clarity.
Now, as we take our seats, we’re bringing everything with us—the boldness to challenge the norm, the empathy to uplift others, and the determination to leave the world better than we found it. This isn’t just about having a voice at the table. It’s about knowing that our voice matters.
In this issue, we celebrate the disruptors, the thinkers, the makers, and the dreamers who are redefining what it means to take action. From the creators shaping culture to the entrepreneurs rewriting narratives, we spotlight those who refuse to wait for permission.
To the youth sitting at the table: pull up a chair and speak your truth. To those still on the fringes: your time is coming. And to everyone else: make room.
This is our table now, and we’re just getting started.
Stay bold,
